Hello! I'm Chidubem Ezinne, a dedicated Software Engineer and Technology Analyst with a deep passion for the tech industry and its transformative impact on finance, media, and popular culture.
My journey in technology and finance has been diverse and enriching. From gaining firsthand experience in the dynamic startup ecosystem as an Operations Specialist to delving into the intricacies of autonomous robotics at Starship Technologies, I've developed a versatile skill set. I've built, bought, and sold multiple web-based businesses, reflecting my entrepreneurial spirit and technical acumen.
Currently, I work as a Backend Engineer at Goldman Sachs, where I specialize in developing low-latency microservices and data pipelines that enhance the firm's consumer credit card business. My work involves utilizing technologies such as Java, Python, Kafka, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and AWS to create robust cloud-based services. I take pride in leading projects that significantly reduce fraud losses by multi-million dollars and streamline financial operations, contributing to handling billions of dollars in transactions annually.
Beyond my professional engagements, I have a keen interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to solve complex problems. My latest project, MapDeduce, is a testament to this. It’s a Document AI platform that uses advanced Large Language Model (LLM) techniques to provide users with precise answers from diverse document types, facilitating efficient information retrieval and analysis. The platform has engaged over 60,000 users and processed more than 75,000 documents to date.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bowie State University, where I was also a Forbes Under 30 Scholar and participated in the Harvard Virtual Venture in Management Program.
